Sustainability Story of The Bhuj House

The Bhuj House is a rare surviving Parsi courtyard residence in Bhuj, carefully restored as a heritage homestay by the Bhujwala family. Its Pinwheel story is intimate, adaptive, and deeply tied to the cultural complexity of Kutch.

The house preserves antique furniture, local Kutchi textiles, a leafy courtyard pantry, traditional Parsi recipes, and the architecture of a 19th-century family residence. It is heritage at a domestic scale, which is often where culture is most honestly preserved.
