Of the nine distinctive accommodations on the estate, Beri House is the most expansive. This private villa comprises five bedrooms along with dedicated living and dining areas designed for gatherings. A secluded swimming pool anchors the outdoor space, complemented by a pool house, an entertainment pavilion, a tree house, and a designated barbecue area, making it well-suited for extended family stays or small celebrations. Bamboo House is more intimate in scale, with a single bedroom, an en suite bathroom, and a dressing area. A spacious living and dining zone opens onto a veranda, while custom-made furnishings and carefully selected artworks lend the space a personal, crafted character. Kerala House provides a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout ideal for families or close friends. A generous dining and entertainment area sits at its centre, and the surrounding balcony offers wide views across the estate. The Library combines a single bedroom and bathroom with an expansive living area framed by panoramic views of the landscape, creating a quiet retreat suited to reading, reflection, or longer stays.

The surrounding landscape is defined by open fields, wetlands, and agricultural land, creating a setting where birdlife, vegetation, and cultivated space exist in balance. Despite its proximity to Gurugram, the estate remains anchored in a quieter, nature-led environment.

Design and Concept

Designed by award-winning architect Pradeep Sachdeva, Sadhrana Bagh is a six-acre estate composed of four distinct villas, each conceived as an independent architectural idea. Buildings are positioned within gardens and fields rather than arranged as a conventional hotel, allowing the landscape to remain the dominant presence. Materials across the estate are reused, relocated, or reassembled, giving architectural fragments a second life. Brick, stone, timber, metal, and bamboo appear throughout, not as ornament but as structure, shaping spaces that feel purposeful and grounded.

Know Your Host

Gautam is a third-generation designer whose passion for creating meaningful spaces is rooted in a rich family legacy. His grandfather was a cartographer, while his father was a renowned architect who envisioned Sadhrana Bagh and The Khet, among several other notable projects. A graduate of UC Berkeley, Gautam is a trained architect and landscape architect.
